Where duplicate accounts are identified, tm15ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances or winnings, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tm15ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify tm15ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. tm15ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
tm15ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
tm15ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at tm15ph's discretion. All transactions are processed in PHP.
Deposits are credited to your tm15ph Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. tm15ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All Account Balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the tm15ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tm15ph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
tm15ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each promotion and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
tm15ph strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form. tm15ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the tm15ph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tm15ph processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact tm15ph's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. tm15ph will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
tm15ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — tm15ph will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the terms, or updates required by regulatory directive) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the tm15ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
